The Wolf and the Bei Are in Cahoots

It is said in one of the Chinese myths, there was an animal named Bei,which belonged to the family of the sly wolf. Its fore legs were shorter than its hind legs,so when it walked it had to put its fore legs on the wolf's back. The two beasts were often in collu⁃sion with each other, and deliberately ran counter to mankind, stealing their poultry and their domestic an⁃imals. The farmers thereby were afraid to raise any birds and herds.

In real life if you see two vicious men doing a bad deed you may compare them with the wolf and the Bei,and take“the Wolf and the Bei Are in Cahoots”as an idiom to tongue⁃lash the bad guy.
